Inside Sales

Rock Mountain Products is now hiring for a Full Time Inside Sales Position.We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team - to apply, please send your resume to info@rockmountain.com.

The ideal candidate would be able to commit to long-term employment on site at one location, (Redmond, Washington). We are open Monday-Friday, so no weekends are required.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Provide consistent and professional customer service for all interactions
Ability to walk customers through the product abilities/functions, answer questions and provide resources for additional information as needed
Create quotes for customers for both standard and custom product needs

Product Inventory/Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining the appearance of the store and outdoor nursery area
Assist in tracking inventory to reorder and update physical counts for POS accuracy
Assist in restocking, organizing, setting up product displays throughout the Nursery

Required Skills:
Reliable transportation/attendance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to shift from multiple tasks as needed based on priority of each task
Complete each task or communicate when not able to, due to time restraints
Ability to work as a team and support coworkers as needed in all tasks
Self-motivated and able to find tasks that need to be completed
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, such as lifting, standing for extended periods of time, and working outdoors in the cold/heat
Excellent communication skills and high standard of professionalism
Basic math skills
English

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma and some college is preferred but not mandatory
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, QuickBooks)
Related industry experience in construction/landscaping, i.e., stone applications, water features, etc.
Forklift Operator Experience, can be trained on site
Spanish is beneficial but not required

Paid Trial Period:
To ensure a good fit for both parties, the trial period allows the applicant to feel comfortable about the position and gives Rock Mountain an opportunity to assess the skill level.
