As a Diamond Jewelry Consultant Service, you are in the front lines, working directly with our customers and lending expert knowledge of our brand, product and services. The ideal candidate will embody the Blue Nile values and serve as both a guide and an advocate. You will work towards individual and team goals and ensure that you leverage every customer interaction into a positive customer experience in effort to create a customer for life.

This position is based in our Kent location, but will require training in our Seattle office.



What you'll do:

Deliver above and beyond customer experiences, developing lasting relationships with customers through phone, email and chat
Brainstorm ways in which we can optimize individual customer experiences
Become a master of Blue Nile products, practices, policies and procedures, and continues to find ways to improve our processes and team performance
Be the Brand: Communicate the Blue Nile Difference, instilling trust and confidence, and educate customers about one of the most emotional purchases of his/her life.
Collate customer feedback and advocate to internal teams for solutions (technology, marketing, merchandising, product)
Understand department goals and meet defined metrics
Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
